Q: Can I buy drinks other than beer at Oktoberfest?
Yes, we have a wide variety of drinks available such as wine, cider, pre-mixed spirits, soft drinks and water plus a cocktail bar on Saturday
Q: Are there gluten free, vegetarian or vegan food available?
There are gluten free and vegetarian options. Our kitchen team are currently working on options.
Q: Am I able to bring my child to the event?
Yes, to our family day on Sunday! Check it out here Saturday event is an adult only event with no children permitted onsite
Q: Am I able to book a table at the event?
No tables can be reserved. All tables are based on a first in, best dressed policy
Q: Will there be door sales?
Unless we are sold out prior, there will be door sales available. The pricing will be slightly higher than the online price
Q: What time is the last entry to the event?
For the Saturday event, the last entry is 4pm. For the Sunday event, the last entry is 3pm
Q: Is there transport to the event?
Unfortunately, not. All transport to and from the event is to be made at your own discretion
Q: Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking behind the beer garden. Please follow the parking marshals

Saturday – The bar closes at Management’s Discretion. We will aim to close the bar at 5pm, HOWEVER- this depends entirely on the behaviour of patrons on the day

Q: What time do the games run?
We are in the middle of finalising these details. Please check back closer to the event
Q: Do you have EFTPOS available?
Elmar’s Oktoberfest is a CASH only event. There is an ATM onsite
Q: Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?
Elmar’s is a fully licensed venue, therefore no BYO food or beverage is allowed
Q: Does my ticket include a drink?
All tickets for Oktoberfest 2020 include ONE original beer or soft drink
Q: Can we bring chairs / picnic blankets?
Yes, you certainly can
Please note no umbrellas are allowed into the venue
Q: Is there disabled access?
Yes – Elmar’s has several dedicated disabled car parking bays, as well as indoor disabled bathroom facilities and no stairs
Q: Does Oktoberfest offer the companion card program?
Yes, however one companion card will be accepted for entry per paid ticket holder
Tickets will not be issued for the companion prior to the event and the companion MUST arrive at the event along with the paid ticket holder. The companion must have a valid Companion Card on them along with valid ID to gain entry to the event
Q: Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be given under any circumstance. Unless the Western Australian Government put restrictions on event sizes and we need to cancel the entire event due to COVID-19, then a full refund will be given.
Q: Do you have a Lost and Found area?
Yes. Any items found will be located at the entry point with a team member. Items will only be kept onsite for 10 days of which after this time has lapsed, all items will be donated to the Salvation Army and lost I.D.s will be given to the proper authorities
Q: Where can I get water from?
EVERY bar offers FREE potable water that you can drink. There will also be a tank at the entry to fill up your vessels
Q: Do you offer sun cream?
We are sun conscious. EVERY bar offers FREE sun cream for you to use. Please be mindful and respect your fellow Oktoberfest goer and leave the sun cream where you found it.
The St John Ambulance will also have sun cream available at the entry point
Q: Can I leave the venue and re-enter?
No. No pass-outs will be given at our Oktoberfest event. Once you have left the venue, you will not be permitted to re-enter the venue. This includes both Saturday and Sunday events.
If you are driving to the venue, please check that you have grabbed everything you need from your vehicle as you will not be allowed to gain entry once you have departed the event
