Oktoberfest FREE Family Fun Day – Sunday 21st October – SOLD OUT EVENT
It’s beginning to look a lot like Oktoberfest!!! Games everywhere… Mums and dads sit back, relax and have an Oktoberfest beer whilst all the kiddos can run amok with all the planned activities we have on Sunday 21st October 2018.
Enjoy a bit of entertainment with the kids’ face painting by Ruby Rainbow; laugh a little while you watch them on the bucking bull; have a drink ready for the kids after they jump on the bouncy castle; sneak in a tasty bratwurst in a bun with the works while you watch the kiddies do a friendly game of stein holding….. There is plenty of things to do for kids of all ages. Just remember – no pass outs so grab all your gear before you head on in to enjoy the biggest day in our backyard like BIERGARTEN.
This is an all ages ticketed event so register now to be a part of the action.
Just a friendly reminder, please register your children for a free ticket to Elmar’s Oktoberfest on Sunday 21st October 2018. This includes all age ranges (under 2 years old do not need to register)
Once we are at capacity, unfortunately extra patrons will not be able to enter the venue without a registered ticket.
As we are at capacity for this event, we will not be accepting walk in’s on the day.
Elmar’s are offering FREE public transport for all guests attending Oktoberfest 2018 over all 3 event dates. Simply show the staff at TransPerth your ticket on the day to redeem FREE public transport – valid for bus, train and ferry. Three hours before the event and three hours after. Free onsite parking available at the venue.
Note: Oktoberfest is a CASH only event. Please bring cash along to avoid the ATM queues.
WHAT TO BRING
Picnic blankets, chairs, WA proof of age card, Australian driver’s license or passport. You won’t need to buy a drinking glass for Oktoberfest 2018, with all beverages served in plastic – Polysafe Steins will also be available for purchase with NO refunds offered for this purchase. No ID, No Entry.
FOOD & DRINK
A range of food and drink options will be available to buy such as beer, wine, soft drinks, also including everyone’s favourite Pork Shank, German Bratwurst and Cheese Kransky. Spirits are not served at Oktoberfest. Elmar’s traditional Märzen has been conditioning since March and will be released just in time for Oktoberfest 2018!
OTHER IMPORTANT BITS
No BYO food (includes snacks or beverages – only sealed bottled water.) No pets. Alcohol is not permitted outside of licensed areas, including car parks. All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry and exit. No pass outs – this means once you have left the premise, you cannot regain entry back into the venue. Bars close at 4pm or at manager’s discretion. Dress comfortably or in costume, however please ensure clothing is discretionary. For your safety, footwear must be kept on at all times.

OKTOBERFEST BUS INFO
Elmar’s in the Valley are offering public transport from TransPerth for ALL guests who have purchased a ticket to our Oktoberfest events on Saturday 13th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st October 2018.
All guests can receive public transport from TransPerth for up to three hours before and three hours after the event. There will be a shuttle bus service between Guildford Train Station (Stop 14894 – adjacent to the station) & Elmar’s in the Valley and another shuttle bus service will be available between Ellenbrook Shopping Centre (Stop 22417 – Main Street after The Promenade) & Elmar’s in the Valley.
